Take a normal breath and hold it in for 8 to 10 seconds.

Breathe out – 2 - 3 thinking relax

Breathe - in – 2 - 3

Breathe – out – 2 - 3 thinking relax

Repeat the above 10 times.

After 10 repetitions go back to the beginning of the exercise and hold the breath then repeat the whole exercise 3 times each practice and do the exercise 3 to five times per day when calm.
